BITS-USDR Investor Guide
1. WHAT IS BITS-USDR?
BITS-USDR is a tokenized asset-backed fixed-income note designed to support principal stability while generating predictable monthly income from a diversified portfolio of high-quality, short-duration income-producing assets.
2. KEY FEATURES
- Targets a stable value of $1.00 per token; however, the token value is not guaranteed.
- Monthly interest accrues daily and is generally distributed during the first three business days of the following month.
- Asset-backed with a target asset coverage ratio of 102%–105%.
- Non-custodial wallet: only the investor controls their digital assets.
- Minimum investment: $1,000.
3. HOW INTEREST WORKS
Interest begins accruing on the calendar day after subscription. Interest accrues daily based on the investor’s eligible end-of-day BITS-USDR balance. The accrued amount is totaled monthly and is generally distributed during the first three business days of the following month. The monthly annualized rate is announced before the beginning of each calendar month.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND REDEMPTIONS
Subscription requests are accepted daily. Redemption requests received by the 20th of the month are generally processed at month-end and paid during the first three business days of the following month. Requests received after the 20th are normally processed in the next monthly redemption cycle.

6. WALLET OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL
Investors retain exclusive control of their non-custodial wallets. BitHouse cannot independently access, transfer, or withdraw assets from an investor’s wallet.
7. PRINCIPAL RISKS
BITS-USDR involves investment risk. The target interest rate, asset coverage, liquidity, and the $1.00 token value are not guaranteed. Risks include interest-rate changes, credit losses, market conditions, liquidity constraints, operational failures, cybersecurity events, blockchain disruptions, and regulatory changes. Investors may lose some or all of their investment.

Who controls my wallet?
The investor retains exclusive control of the non-custodial wallet.
How is interest paid?
Interest is generally distributed monthly in additional BITS-USDR tokens, subject to the governing product documents.
Can I redeem at any time?
Redemptions are processed through the monthly redemption process.
Is the $1.00 token value guaranteed?
No. BITS-USDR targets a stable $1.00 value, but neither value nor interest payments are guaranteed.
